With a previous lukewarm view of marriage and kids, I’m now 3 years into matrimony and motherhood. But while I have plenty to say on Life With the Hubs and on being Mom to two Babes under three, referring to myself as a “mommyblogger” is just not a description that I think fits me all that well. Likewise, having always been an avid recycler and general do-gooder for the environment, its taken my having kids and recent health issues to make me super intrigued with finding affordable, eco-conscious ways to improve my health and achieve a more sustainable way of living. But focusing solely on tree-hugging sounds like a blog that would put me to sleep, and I have enough trouble staying awake as it is. Forget manning multiple blogs for these singular topics and interests; I’m already struggling to keep this one updated and I haven’t even finished my profile yet. So I’m stealing a line from my baby girl in which she gleefully (and loudly) greets new groups of people, “Hi Everyall!” and writing about everything and all things that I darn well feel compelled to write about.

So if you find the greatest joy in your chaotic life with your hilarious children and yet relish their naps as the happiest, most glorious hour of the day; OR, if all you’ve ever known is how to live on your own and now you have to learn to share an entire life (and a bedroom closet to boot!)ย ย with a spouse who doesn’t put anything away; ย OR, you have magazines, scrapbooks, recipes, and kid crafts piled sky-high in a corner for “someday” (and as the months pass, “someday” is starting to look more and more like “never”); OR, if everything in the world interests you and you have a million and one things you would love to see, do, study, learn, try, visit, if only you could find the energy to get out of bed in the morning and not feel like you need three naps throughout the course of the day; AND if you are cash-strapped and yet particularly interested in learning about new products/ways of life to be healthy and eco-conscious in the hopes of rebooting the body overall so that maybe you won’t be so fatigued and depressed all of the time, then you’ll probably find you have something in common with me at theeveryall.com… and I’ve already just now right this very moment crowned you as My Newest Best-est Buddy Ever if you too can admit that on some nights you have a cocktail (ok, two) while watching awful “reality” TV and other abominations of our culture and generation (which may also from time to time inspire some equally ridiculous rants and raves)

    • 5 teenage girls! I can’t even imagine, lol. But I’m sure it’s just as wonderful as it may be agonizing! Looking forward to more of your posts on this as well. Thank you for visiting ๐Ÿ™‚

  2. Christina, you had me at “referring to myself as a โ€œmommybloggerโ€ is just not a description that I think fits me all that well” and I laughed with great delight with the rest of your bio. Well said, my new BFF ;-).
